Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a shipping fee of $12.95. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is received.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
